Fly fishing – nymph, wet and dry

We will arrange after consultation with you a trip that meets all your requirements. Pricing of trips will be discussed on application.

We offer –

Half day trips to nearby water.

Full day to water further a field
Remote water may be accessed by helicopter and jet boat (at extra cost).

Overnight camps

Family fishing for all ages.
Children may fly or spin fish, have a swim, sizzle a sausage, maybe even catch an eel! The attention span of the children will be gauged and a fun day is always had.

Jack Trout Women's fishing retreats

Women's retreats
For small groups of up to four women wanting time out to learn a new skill or up skill their fly-fishing. We can arrange accommodation in Havelock North close to wineries/eateries and Jack will have you relaxing on the river during the day. Learn to fly fish on an hourly basis.

We provide –

Transport – meeting you at your lodgings.

Picnic and refreshments

Tackle – we realise experienced fishers will bring their own.

You will need –

A fishing licence – we will arrange this with you.

Shorts and a cap or sunhat

Shoes – runners or the like that you don't mind getting wet.
